• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

• Certain Glow Reel features require an active subscription or usage credits.
• Credits may be consumed when generating AI content including text, images, videos, voiceovers, subtitles, and rendered reels.
• Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal period.

• Generated content may contain inaccuracies.
• Users should review all generated content before publishing.
• Glow Reel does not guarantee factual accuracy or originality.

• You retain ownership of all content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Glow Reel permission to process that content solely to provide requested services.

You confirm you own or have permission to use uploaded:

• Images
• Videos
• Audio
• Logos
• Brand Assets
• Text

You may not use Glow Reel to generate or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Spam
• Malware
• Fraudulent material
• Harmful deepfakes
• Content violating applicable laws

Glow Reel reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

Glow Reel software, branding, logos, platform design, and technology remain the intellectual property of Glow Reel. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the platform without written permission.

Glow Reel integrates with third-party providers for:

• Image generation
• Video generation
• Voice synthesis

• Cloud hosting
• Payment processing

Availability of some features depends on these providers.
